1° day
Arrival and check-in at the chosen accommodation in the center of Foligno. Free time to visit the historic center of the city, including the Cathedral, the Oratory of the Nunziatella, and noble palaces such as Palazzo Trinci, a noble residence adorned with splendid frescoes attributed to Gentile da Fabriano, a master of the International Gothic style. Before dinner, enjoy an aperitif at a renowned Norcineria to taste platters of cured meats and cheeses. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner.

2° day
After breakfast at the hotel, you have the morning free to explore the city of Montefalco: visit the Church of Sant'Agostino, the City Walls, and the Church of San Francesco. After the walk, visit a winery near Montefalco for a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by platters of cured meats, cheeses, and bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, and the famous Sagrantino wine. In the afternoon, you can return to Montefalco to explore more of the village or visit another winery. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

3° day
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Bevagna, where you can visit the city and admire attractions such as Palazzo dei Consoli from 1270, San Michele built in the late 12th century, and the Cultural Circuit of Medieval Crafts: The Paper Mill, the Candle Factory, the Painter's Workshop, and the Silk Mill. At the end of the morning, explore the Medieval Village of Bevagna. After the walk, visit an Olive Oil Mill in the area for a tasting of new olive oil with bruschetta, platters of cured meats and cheese, wine, and water. After the tasting-lunch, return to your departure city and end of services.
