1° day
Arrival in Bevagna and check-in at the hotel. You'll have the opportunity to explore Bevagna freely: a picturesque village built on the Roman layout of ancient Mevania, featuring the "Gaite" workshops where medieval crafts are demonstrated live. In the evening, transfer to Foligno for dinner at Taverna Rione Giotti, renowned for its excellent cuisine, with a reserved seat to witness the famous Historical Parade during dinner. Return to the hotel at the end of the evening.

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning free to explore Montefalco independently: one of Italy's most beautiful villages, surrounded by renowned vineyards that gave rise to the Strada del Sagrantino (possibility upon request for a wine tasting/lunch at a winery). Mid-afternoon transfer to Foligno for a tasting at a famous Norcineria (pork butcher shop) in Foligno, including a tasting of local cured meats and a glass of wine. After the tasting, transfer to the Field of the Games to watch the Quintana Joust. Return to the hotel at the end of the evening.
