Holiday Villa Pieve

The villa is the ideal countryside home, as anyone would dream of. It’s a typical stone farmhouse built between 1850 and 1860. The interiors feature exposed beams, original terracotta floors, and antique furniture that gives the location a romantic and cozy atmosphere. The villa is situated within a 35-hectare property of woods and olive groves, crisscrossed by marked trails perfect for peaceful walks immersed in enchanting, unspoiled nature.

The estate’s garden spans approximately one hectare and is fully fenced, adorned with roses, aromatic plants, climbing vines, and fruit trees. In front of the house, there is a well-equipped porch with a large dining table and an antique wood-burning oven. Outside, there is also a not very deep but delightful pool, perfect for summer enjoyment.

The property boasts around 1,300 olive trees of different varieties such as Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, and Dolce Agogia, producing excellent cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil.
