The Villa is a charming private residence not far from Montefalco (home of Sagrantino), where you can truly feel at home. Hospitality in Umbria is a hallmark of our region. Spread over two levels, the property can accommodate up to 12 people, offering them the opportunity to enjoy not only a strategic location that allows easy access to characteristic cities such as Spoleto, Todi, Perugia, and Assisi within a few minutes. The Villa has a large outdoor pool, covered by a roof, and a bright covered veranda with a relaxing hot tub in the center. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, storage room, guest bathroom, and a bright enclosed veranda. On the first floor, there is a small corridor, three double bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with showers. Outside, there is also a large garden, and for the outdoor pool, there is also the possibility to heat the water. Those who come here will hardly be able to say no to a stroll through the streets of the ancient Umbrian villages, but will also look forward to returning to the Villa to enjoy moments of magical intimacy that only certain places can provide.
