The villa in Assisi is located just 1 km from the city center, nestled in the Umbrian hills, offering breathtaking landscapes and views. The house spans 7500 square meters, with a comfortable 1500 square meter fully fenced garden featuring an 18×7 meter swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy a wellness area with a hot tub, a solarium with loungers, umbrellas, and tables, a barbecue area, and both outdoor and indoor children’s areas with swings, slides, a football field, and space for tug-of-war.

Outside the residence, there is a covered dining area along with ample parking. Villa Assisi can accommodate up to ten people, including adults and children, in its four double bedrooms spread across the ground and first floors. Various extra services are available upon request, such as breakfast, grocery shopping, transfers to and from Perugia airport, laundry, massages, and themed dinners prepared by a gourmet chef.
