On the ground floor, guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The veranda provides a breathtaking lake view, especially beautiful during autumn vacations.

Just 50 meters from the main house, there’s an independent hall with a kitchen, living room, and fireplace, perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying intimate family moments. For those who prefer, a private chef is available. Outdoors, guests can enjoy an enchanting panoramic swimming pool, a sunbathing area surrounded by greenery, spacious furnished spaces, a barbecue area, and private parking.

Only 6 kilometers away is Castiglione del Lago, a medieval town on the western shore of Lake Trasimeno, founded in the 6th century BC, known for its pedestrian area filled with restaurants and shops. Less than ten minutes by car is Paciaro, a peaceful countryside retreat in Umbria with charming local shops. Within 20 kilometers, worth visiting are Cortona, renowned for its Renaissance architecture and Sienese school masterpieces, and Montepulciano, known for its Renaissance palaces, ancient churches, beautiful squares, and stunning views over Val d’Orcia and Val di Chiana.
