The Agritourism is situated on the gentle hills of central Umbria, very close to Spoleto. It was created through the complete restoration of an ancient farmhouse dating back to the 16th century. Spread over three floors (ground floor, first, and second floor), the property covers an area of approximately 600 square meters. The Agriturismo enjoys a particularly stunning panoramic view, perched atop a hill that overlooks the surrounding landscape of cultivated fields, vineyards, and olive groves.

It is an ideal place for those who love peace and nature, offering a vacation of complete relaxation immersed in an atmosphere reminiscent of times past—friendly and hospitable, typical of these places rich in history and traditions. The property features 4 fully-equipped apartments, each with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway, and private bathroom. Special care has been taken in furnishing them in a rustic style that is comfortable, functional, and of high quality, tailored appropriately to each unit while respecting the characteristics of the environment.
Additionally, there are 2 cozy rooms with private facilities available. The swimming pool overlooks the Spoletina valley and is accompanied by a nearby park with children’s playground, available to guests who can relax from the summer heat while enjoying the surrounding panorama.
The favorable location of the Agriturismo offers the opportunity for splendid excursions in the surrounding areas and to engage in outdoor sports, all in total tranquility and close contact with nature. Its central position relative to the main tourist attractions of Umbria facilitates visits to major cities of art and numerous attractions in the region (such as Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Norcia, and Cascia).
