The Resort is nestled in the nature of the Umbria region, featuring a panoramic swimming pool and a wellness center, close to Bevagna and a few kilometers from Montefalco, the wine capital of Umbria. More than just a farmhouse, hotel, or spa, it’s a true agriresort with a wellness center amidst the Umbrian hills, just minutes from Bevagna and Montefalco in the province of Perugia. The Agriresort acts as a natural balcony offering stunning views of the valley and the ancient towns of Assisi, Spello, Foligno, and Montefalco.
Spread across eight hectares of land, the property has been organic-certified for thirty years. The earthquake-resistant structure is single-story, offering 4 suites, 3 studios, and 8 rooms all with panoramic views of the garden. Each accommodation is furnished with authentic country-style furniture, perfectly reflecting the culture and style of the agriresort.
A dip in the pool evokes refreshing moments of joy and fun, perfect for enjoying on hot summer days. Our hotel’s pool allows you to enjoy well-deserved relaxation, recharging both body and spirit. Surrounded by sunlight and greenery, our pool offers a serene and private setting for your vacation days. The pool measures 16×8 meters and includes a solarium, reserved sun loungers, gazebos with sofas and armchairs, changing rooms with showers and facilities, a panoramic shower, and a bar.
There’s plenty of green space for relaxation, reading, and playing amidst the backdrop of Umbria’s gentle hills. The eight-hectare park includes ample green areas equipped for children, an organic vegetable garden, and fruit trees cultivated with respect for organic principles. The garden, like a natural terrace, overlooks the beautiful landscapes of Bevagna, Trevi, and Assisi.
The Agriresort offers dining services with tastings of typical Umbrian products from May 1st to September 30th. Start your day right with a selection of typical local products, homemade sweets, honey, and jams. Breakfast is considered the most important meal, and here we delight you with many local specialties.

The Wellness Centre

After a day of walking in the greenery or exploring historic cities, a pleasant and energizing rest is just what you need to relax and unwind with enjoyable sensations. Our Wellness Center offers a 35 square meter heated whirlpool, hydrotherapy seats, a hydrotherapy chaise longue, geysers, a counter-current swimming feature, cervical massage waterfalls, a herbal tea area, and a massage room.

Upon reservation, we also provide aesthetic treatments, water manipulation treatments, and Watzu sessions.
