1° day
Arrival in the city of Foligno, reception, and accommodation at the chosen residence by the group. Followed by a guided tour of the historic center including the cathedral, the Oratory of Nunziatella, and noble palaces such as the Palazzo dei Trinci. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

2° day
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Valnerina where the morning will be dedicated to rafting (river descent in a raft). Picnic lunch. In the afternoon, transfer for the Environmental Hiking Guide excursion along the Old Railway route.

3° day
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Valnerina where the morning will include a 1-hour guided tour of the famous Marmore Falls, with additional time to explore the falls independently and take photos. After the visit, transfer for lunch at a typical Umbrian restaurant. After lunch, depart for Ferentillo to visit the mummies museum. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

4° day
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an Environmental Hiking Guide excursion to Monteluco, the sacred mountain overlooking Spoleto. Lunch at a typical restaurant in Spoleto. In the afternoon, guided tour of Spoleto. On the way back, a brief stop to see the Clitunno Springs. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

5 ° day
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an Environmental Hiking Guide excursion to the mountains around Foligno, from the Abbey of Sassovivo to the Altolina Waterfalls and the Hermitage of Santa Maria Giacobbe. After the excursion, transfer to an olive oil mill in Spello for a tour of the mill and tasting/lunch of the famous Spello olive oil. After lunch, guided tour of the town of Spello. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
