1° day
Arrival in the city of Foligno, reception, and accommodation at the group's chosen residence. Followed by a guided tour of the historic center including the cathedral, the Oratorio della Nunziatella, and noble palaces including Palazzo Trinci. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

2° day
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an Environmental Hiking Guide excursion in the Monte Subasio Regional Park, arriving on foot in Assisi with a packed lunch. In the afternoon, guided tour of the city of Assisi. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

3° day
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an Environmental Hiking Guide excursion in the Monti Sibillini National Park. After the visit, transfer for a truffle-based lunch. After lunch, free walk through the streets of Norcia. Late afternoon return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

4° day
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an Environmental Hiking Guide excursion in the Colfiorito Regional Park with a visit to the natural history museum and the Oasis. After the excursion, transfer to Bevagna for a wine tasting/lunch in a cellar. After lunch, guided tour of the city of Bevagna. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

5 ° day
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an Environmental Hiking Guide excursion in the mountains around Foligno, from the Abbey of Sassovivo to the Altolina Waterfalls and the Hermitage of Santa Maria Giacobbe. After the excursion, transfer to an olive oil mill in Spello for a tour of the mill and tasting/lunch of the famous Spello olive oil. After lunch, guided tour of the town of Spello. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
