Day 1
Arrival in Bevagna and guided tour of the picturesque village built on the Roman layout of ancient Mevania, including visits to the workshops of the "Gaite" where ancient medieval crafts are demonstrated live. Known for its architectural and scenic beauty, Bevagna is one of theMost Beautiful Villages in Italy. Transfer to a winery in the area to taste the famous Sagrantino wine of Montefalco; tour and lunch paired with the wines of the winery. Transfer to Foligno and accommodation in a 3-star hotel. Guided tour of Foligno and Palazzo Trinci, a noble residence adorned with splendid frescoes attributed to Gentile da Fabriano, a master of the International Gothic style. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning transfer to Assisi and guided tour of the city and the Basilica of St. Francis. Assisi, city that bears witness to the life and works of St. Francis, houses the artistic masterpieces of the great master Giotto. Transfer to an olive mill in Spello to taste the renowned olive oil; tour of the mill with lunch and olive oil tasting. In the early afternoon, guided tour of Spello to discover its historical beauties. Spelloan ancient Roman colony, is a wonderful medieval village nestled on the slopes of Mount Subasio. It is also home to the masterpieces of Pinturicchio in the Baglioni Chapel. Return to Foligno, dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Perugia and guided tour of the city in the morning. Perugia, the capital of the region, is a city rich in history with ancient origins (founded by the Etruscans), which can still be seen in its monuments today. Lunch at a typical Umbrian restaurant in Perugia. In the afternoon, transfer to Gubbio and guided tour of the city. Gubbio, famous for its "Festival of the Candles," still preserves the evidence of its long history: from the Eugubine Tablets inscribed by its founders, the Umbrians, to the Roman Theater and the Palazzo dei Consoli from the communal era. Return to Foligno, dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.
