Day 1
Arrival in the morning in Assisi and guided tour of the city and the Basilica of St. Francis. Assisi, a city that witnesses the life and works of St. Francis, houses the artistic masterpieces of the great master Giotto in the Basilica dedicated to him. Lunch with typical Umbrian specialties in Assisi. Transfer to Spello and guided tour. Spello, an ancient Roman colony, is a wonderful medieval village nestled on the slopes of Mount Subasio. Transfer to an olive mill in the Spello area, renowned for producing bright green olive oil with a pungent aroma; guided tour and tasting. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning transfer to Norcia for a guided tour. Besides being the birthplace of a great saint, Norcia is equally famous for its gastronomic specialties including Norcineria (pork products) and truffles. Enjoy a stroll through the picturesque streets of Norcia and its traditional artisan shops. Lunch at one of the best restaurants specializing in Umbrian cuisine with truffle-based tasting menu near Norcia. In the early afternoon, transfer to Spoleto and guided tour of the city. Known for the Festival dei Due Mondi (Festival of Two Worlds), Spoleto boasts Roman origins and was the capital of the Lombard Duchy for some time. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Montefalco and guided tour of the village. Montefalco, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, is located in the center of a renowned area covered with vineyards of prized grapes that have given rise to the Sagrantino Wine Road. Transfer to a winery near Montefalco; guided tour and typical Umbrian lunch in the winery paired with house wines, including the famous Sagrantino. In the early afternoon, transfer to Trevi, a picturesque village overlooking a silvery expanse of olive trees, and guided tour of the city. At the end of the tour, transfer to an olive mill in the area and tasting of the renowned Trevi olive oil, characterized by an intense fragrance and a golden-green color. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
